  9. I upgraded to Windows 95 and have been unable to get version 4.0 to 
  10. compile any programs, compiler says it is unable to open header 
  11. files. I have heard that 4.0 is not compatible with windows 95. If 
  12. anyone has info on this please let me know. I have also heard I have 
  13. to upgrade to at least 4.52. I would greatly appreciate any insite.
